Job summary

Bowercross Construction Ltd is seeking an experienced Groundworker to join our on-site team. You will carry out a range of groundworks on construction sites, ensuring safe, efficient work and high-quality results. Key requirements include CSCS card and Dumper/ Roller tickets (essential); CPCS/NPORS plant tickets are desirable.

Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential. We offer competitive pay, overtime opportunities, long-term work with consistent hours, plus training and career

Qualifications

CSCS card (essential)
Dumper and Roller ticket (essential)
CPCS/NPORS plant tickets (desirable)
Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)

Responsibilities

Site preparation and clearance
Digging trenches, foundations, and drainage systems
Laying kerbs, slabs, concrete, and tarmac
Operating plant machinery (if tickets held)
Assisting with pipe laying and ducting
Working to site health and safety regulations
Supporting other trades as required
