Job summary

Wallace Hind Selection seeks a Groundworker with a Dumper ticket for a short-term project in Manchester (M23). Workdays are 7:30–16:30, with 9 hours per day and a 45-hour week. The project is on a commercial site, paying £22.00 per hour via CIS through Quest Pay Solutions.

Requirements include CPCS/NPORS, PPE, and prior groundworks and dumper driving experience. Starts Tuesday 8th September 2026 for a few weeks.

Qualifications

• Groundworker with Dumper ticket required.
• CPCS or NPORS card held.
• PPE and on-site safety knowledge expected.
• Experience in groundworks and dumper driving on civil/commercial sites.

My client is looking for a Groundworker who also has their dumper ticket on a commercial site, in Manchester.

HOURLY RATE :

£22.00 per hour - CIS

LOCATION :

Manchester (M23)

few weeks work

HOURS OF WORK :

• 7:30 - 16:30
• Book 9 hours per day

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Groundworker, with Dumper ticket

You will be working for a groundworks and civils company, doing groundworks and dumper driving on a commercial project.

REQUIREMENTS :

Groundworker, with Dumper ticket

• CPCS / NPORS Card
• PPE
• Has previous experience within groundworks and Dumper driving
• UTR - to enable CIS payments

PERSON SPECIFICATION :

Groundworker, with Dumper ticket

• Can communicate well with others already on site and follow instructions given
• Can work the full 45 hours required, each week

You will be paid via our payroll partner Quest Pay Solutions, and one of their Account Managers will contact you before you start work. All workers will be paid by CIS.
