Job summary

Renshaw Walton Ltd in the East Midlands is recruiting CSCS skilled groundworkers and groundwork gangs for large housing site projects in the Lichfield and Derby areas. Immediate start and long-term work with finishing tasks such as block paving, slabs, and kerbs.

Experience on large housing schemes is preferred; machine tickets (360 operator, forward tipping dumper) are advantageous but not essential. Roles involve finishing groundwork and site safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Groundworkers with on-site housing project experience preferred.
• Finishing tasks including block paving, slabs and kerbs.
• Machine tickets helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Finish groundwork on large housing sites.
• Lay block paving, slabs, and kerbs to spec.
• Operate 360a/tracked machines and dumpers where needed.
