Job summary

Coinford is seeking reliable Groundworkers to join our groundwork and RC frame teams on a busy project in New Romney. You will support a range of general groundworks on site, helping deliver safe and high-quality projects.

The role offers ongoing work with weekly pay and opportunities to move into more skilled roles. CSCS/Groundworker cards and right to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Must have CSCS Labourer/Groundworker card or equivalent with proven site experience.
• Confident carrying out general groundworks tasks under supervision.
• Able to follow drawings, levels and instructions from supervisors.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well with other trades.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Desirable: CPCS/NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper and/or Ride-On Roller
• Desirable: CAT & Genny ticket
• Desirable: Safety Critical Medical

Responsibilities

• General groundworks including digging, backfilling and concreting
• Assisting with externals (slabs, kerbs, edgings) where required
• Assisting plant operators and banking 360 machines and dumpers
• Basic drainage and ducting works as directed by the Foreman
• Keeping work areas safe, tidy and compliant with site rules
• Working as part of a gang to support programme delivery

• General groundworks including digging, backfilling and concreting
• Assisting with externals (slabs, kerbs, edgings) where required
• Assisting plant operators and banking 360 machines and dumpers
• Basic drainage and ducting works as directed by the Foreman
• Keeping work areas safe, tidy and compliant with site rules
• Working as part of a gang to support programme delivery

REQUIREMENTS:

• CSCS Labourer/Groundworker card or equivalent, with proven site experience
• Confident carrying out general groundworks tasks under supervision
• Able to follow drawings, levels and instructions from supervisors

• Right to work in the UK
