Job summary

Notion4 Ltd in Exeter is seeking an experienced Groundworker to join a client who works with house builders in and around Exeter. Start date is ASAP and the contract runs for 12 months. Work will include drainage, foundations, curbing, slabbing, paving and concreting.

Pay is £21 per hour, negotiable depending on tickets and experience. Hours are 7:30–16:30, Monday to Friday. Weekly payments are made via CIS on a signed timesheet.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a experienced Groundworkers to work with a client of ours who do a lot of work with house builders in and around Exeter. Work will vary from drainage, foundations, curbing, slabbing, paving and concreting. Tickets such as Dumper, 360, SSSTS and SMSTS would also be beneficial but not essential and would make the rate negotiable.

YOU'LL NEED:

• Relevant experience


• CSCS/CPCS/NPORS


• Own PPE and tools


• Reliability and punctuality


• Proof of right to work in the UK

PAY & HOURS:

Pay rate of £21 Per Hour - Negotiable dependant on tickets and experience.

Hours of work 7:30 - 16:30, Monday - Friday.

You'll be paid weekly based on a signed timesheet via CIS.
