Job summary

Keyman Personnel is seeking a Groundwork Foreman for a contract role on a Groundwork Project based in Oxford. The successful candidate will read construction drawings, forecast and plan work, and lead daily briefings on site.

Responsibilities include managing site workers, organising labour, plant and materials, and ensuring all work meets health and safety standards. SSSTS/SMSTS and CSCS Card are required, with proven groundworks experience.

Qualifications

• SSSTS/SMSTS certification or equivalent.
• CSCS Card is required.
• Experience in Groundworks projects.

Responsibilities

• Read construction drawings and forecast/plan work.
• Deliver daily briefings, manage site workers, allocate tasks and lead toolbox talks.
• Manage site paperwork, organise labour, plant and materials.
• Ensure work complies with health and safety requirements.
