Qualifications

• Experience in ground maintenance or outdoors work is preferred.
• Compact, hands-on approach with safety awareness.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Working on the preservation and upkeep of green spaces around Shepton Mallet
• Set up and close the weekly market and assist with pitch locations
• Keeping street furniture clean and tidy
• Reporting issues and arranging remedies
• Work with a team of groundsmen to ensure workload is met
• Empty overflowing bins
• Clean and stock toilets
