Randstad CPE is recruiting two Grounds Maintenance Operatives to deliver high-quality estate maintenance across Berkshire. Based in Bracknell, the roles cover Windsor, Ascot, Bracknell, Slough and surrounding areas.

You will join a friendly team, maintaining communal green spaces and ensuring estates are clean, safe, and attractive for residents. The package includes 28k salary plus a fully equipped company van, fuel card, mobile phone, tablet, uniform and full PPE, along with generous benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in practical grounds maintenance or horticulture.
• Full UK driving licence with towing entitlement desirable.
• PA1/PA6AW or NPTC qualifications are an advantage but not essential.
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong team spirit with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining communal green spaces, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, shrub care, and flower bed maintenance.
• Keeping estates clean, safe, and welcoming through routine grounds care and debris clearance.
• Responding promptly to site hazards and environmental issues.
• Assisting with soft landscaping projects and minor tree work.

About the Role

Are you someone who loves working outdoors and takes pride in making a visible difference every day? We are looking for two Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our friendly, dedicated team delivering high-quality estate maintenance across the Berkshire region.

Covering Windsor, Ascot, Bracknell, and Slough, you will enjoy the flexibility to manage your workload within a fortnightly schedule. Working alongside supportive colleagues, you will play a key role in keeping local communities clean, safe, and attractive for residents.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintaining communal green spaces, including grass cutting, hedge trimming, shrub care, and flower bed maintenance.

• Keeping estates clean, safe, and welcoming through routine grounds care and debris clearance.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Practical grounds maintenance, horticultural, or estate care experience.

• Licence: A full UK driving licence (towing entitlement is highly desirable).

• Certifications (Desirable): PA1, PA6AW, or NPTC qualifications are an advantage, but not essential.

• Mindset: A positive, proactive attitude, strong team spirit, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.
