Job summary

Randstad CPE is hiring a Grounds Maintenance Operative to cover Bracknell and surrounding areas. You will perform routine grounds maintenance across residential estates, and operate hedging, strimming, lawn mowing, and edging equipment.

The role requires proven experience in domestic grounds maintenance, a full UK driving licence, reliability and self‑motivation. A company van with a fuel card and full uniform and tools are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in domestic or residential grounds maintenance / gardening.
• Practical experience using strimmers, hedge trimmers, and lawnmowers.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential for van usage).
• Reliable, hard-working, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Routine grounds maintenance across residential housing estates and local routes.
