Job summary

Vanta Staffing Limited is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to work across the Slough area. The role involves outdoor grounds maintenance at various locations, with duties including strimming, hedge cutting, and general maintenance.

Must hold a full UK driving licence and be physically fit to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Hours are 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday to Friday, totaling 37 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping or similar outdoor work.
• Experience using strimmers and hedge cutters.
• Good physical fitness and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Strimming and hedge cutting tasks.
• Grass and grounds maintenance across sites.
• General outdoor maintenance and tidying.
• Using grounds maintenance equipment safely.
• Travel between locations during the day.
• Carry out general manual duties as required.
