Job summary

Vanta Staffing is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to work across the Slough area. The role requires a full UK driving licence and involves outdoor duties such as strimming, hedge cutting, and general grounds maintenance across various locations in the borough.

You will operate grounds maintenance equipment, travel between sites, and work Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm, totaling 37 hours per week. This is a temporary ongoing contract with pay at £14.47 per hour.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or similar outdoor work.
• Experience using equipment such as strimmers and hedge cutters.
• Good physical fitness.
• Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable with good timekeeping.
• Ability to work safely and follow instructions.

Essential Requirements

• A willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Good reliability and timekeeping
• The ability to work safely and follow instructions
