VIVID is seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operative to look after communal outdoor spaces in Portsmouth and surrounding South Hampshire. The role is full-time (39 hours per week) with time spent in communities and training at the Portsmouth office.

You will perform routine grounds tasks, operate equipment, and ensure areas are safe and visually appealing for residents. DBS clearance and a full clean driving licence are required, with occasional van driving duties.

Qualifications

• DBS check satisfactory
• Full, clean driving licence (held for at least 1 year)

Responsabilités

• Routine grounds maintenance tasks: grass/hedge cutting, trimming and weeding
• Hard area maintenance and low-level tree work, soft landscaping
• Shrub maintenance and litter/debris removal
• Regular safety inspections and hazard mitigation
• Seasonal tasks such as leaves removal
• Operate grounds maintenance equipment and tools
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents
