Who are you?

• Ideally qualified in horticulture with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• A confident person with good people management skills.
• Adaptable to different working techniques with a strong work ethic.
• Experienced in using a wide variety of small engine machinery.
• Good IT knowledge.
• Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence.
• PA1 & PA6 qualifications are desirable.
• Aware of all relevant industry Health & Safety legislation.
• Reliable and conscientious, able to work on your own initiative.

• Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering programmed maintenance effectively.
• Take responsibility for on-site works, including timekeeping, productivity, managing breaks, and dealing with the public, visitors, and deliveries.
• Lead by example, motivate and guide the team, and maintain discipline.
• Operate company and hired vehicles, machinery, and equipment safely, ensuring daily checks and routine servicing are performed and recorded.
• Undertake other duties as reasonably required by the Supervisor.
