Who are you?

• Ideally qualified in horticulture with at least 3 years of experience.
• A confident individual with good people management skills.
• Adaptable with a strong work ethic and experience with various small engine machinery.
• Good IT knowledge.
• Ideally hold a full, clean driving license.
• PA1 & PA6 qualifications are desirable.
• Knowledge of relevant industry Health & Safety legislation.
• Reliable, conscientious, and able to work independently.

• Assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in delivering programmed maintenance.
• Manage site responsibilities, including timekeeping, productivity, dealing with the public and visitors, and deliveries.
• Lead by example, motivate the team, and maintain discipline.
• Operate and oversee the use of company and hire vehicles, machinery, and equipment, ensuring proper checks and servicing.
• Undertake other duties as reasonably required by the Supervisor.
