Who are you?

• Demonstrable experience in leading staff or small teams.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work in demanding environments.
• Enthusiastic, with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexible, friendly, and team-oriented personality.
• Good IT skills and a valid driving license are essential.
• Experience in estimating work and delivering customer solutions is advantageous.

A Glimpse into the Role

• Assist the Contract Manager in managing programmed maintenance effectively.
• Oversee work programs and delivery via Glendale Live system.
• Motivate and support teams across regions.
• Monitor staff attendance, holidays, and sickness.
• Lead by example, especially in QHSE standards.
• Ensure security of vehicles, plant, and equipment.
• Uphold quality and customer care standards, maintain discipline.
• Complete daily checks and operational systems.
• You will be provided with a company vehicle for site visits.
