Job summary

Abri is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to help keep communal spaces safe, welcoming and well-maintained across Horndean and surrounding areas. You will work outdoors, manage tasks within a fortnightly schedule, and join a team that takes pride in visible neighbourhood impact.

You will maintain grassed areas, hedges and planting, respond to hazards, and support minor tree work. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and PA1/PA6AW or NPTC qualifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Practical grounds maintenance or horticultural experience.
• Positive, proactive approach and strong team spirit.
• Full UK driving licence; towing entitlement desirable.
• PA1, PA6AW or NPTC qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communal grassed areas, hedges, shrubs and planting.
• Keep estates clean, safe and welcoming.
• Respond to hazards and environmental issues as needed.
• Support soft landscaping and minor tree work.
