Job summary

Abri is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to cover Horndean and the Ham Barn area, with a fortnightly schedule and a company vehicle provided. You will help keep communal spaces tidy, safe, and welcoming, contributing to vibrant neighbourhoods across Waterlooville.

You'll enjoy working outdoors with a proactive team, and bringing pride in delivering reliable service to customers. A full UK driving licence is preferred, with PA1/PA6AW or NPTC qualifications desirable.

• Outdoor role requiring practical grounds maintenance or horticultural experience.
• Positive, proactive approach and strong team spirit.
• Full UK driving licence (towing entitlement desirable).
• PA1, PA6AW or NPTC qualifications (desirable).

We're looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our friendly team. Covering Horndean and the Ham Barn area, you'll have the flexibility to manage your workload within a fortnightly schedule while working alongside colleagues who take pride in making a visible difference every day.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining communal grassed areas, hedges, shrubs and planting
• Keeping estates clean, safe and welcoming
• Responding to hazards and environmental issues when needed
• Supporting soft landscaping and minor tree work

You'll also have:

• Practical grounds maintenance or horticultural experience
• A positive, proactive approach and strong team spirit
• A full UK driving licence (towing entitlement desirable)
• PA1, PA6AW or NPTC qualifications (desirable, not essential)
