Job summary

Park Holidays UK Ltd. is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative at our Worcester park to ensure outdoor areas are well-kept, tidy and welcoming for guests. You will cut grass, manage hedges, lay bark, plant and maintain flowerbeds, and assist with general park upkeep in all weather conditions.

This seasonal, full-time role requires reliability, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a positive attitude. Previous park/garden experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous grounds maintenance or gardening experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Experience in caravan park environments is an advantage.
• Willingness to wear uniform and maintain a neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Cut grass and maintain lawn areas to high standards.
• Trim hedges and maintain shrubbery.
• Lay bark and maintain flowerbeds.
• General gardening tasks and upkeep of green spaces.
• Collect and dispose of rubbish and manage bin areas.
