Park Holidays UK Ltd is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to keep our parks well-maintained, clean, and inviting. You will perform lawn care, hedge trimming, flowerbed upkeep, litter control, and assist with caravan park operations and deliveries.

The role supports various park departments and emphasizes safety and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have grounds maintenance experience, comfort working outdoors, and flexibility in hours.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance and gardening.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to wear company-provided uniform and maintain a neat appearance.
• Flexibility in working hours to meet park needs.
• Experience in caravan park environments is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Cutting grass and maintaining lawn areas to high standards.
• Trimming hedges and maintaining shrubbery.
• Laying bark and maintaining flowerbeds.
• General gardening duties, including planting and upkeep of green areas.
• Collecting and disposing of rubbish/litter and managing bin areas.
• Distributing deliveries to relevant departments.
• Assisting with moving and siting of caravans and lodges.
• Supporting other departments with ad hoc duties as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Litter picking and keeping park areas clean.
