Job summary

Park Holidays UK is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to keep our parks well-maintained, clean and inviting. You will mow lawns, trim hedges, lay bark and maintain flowerbeds across outdoor spaces.

This 40-hour per week outdoor role offers a rewarding career within a leading holiday park operator, with training and development in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or gardening.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Professional attitude and can-do personality.
• Experience in caravan park environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Cutting grass and maintaining lawn areas to high standards.
• Trimming hedges and maintaining shrubbery.
• Laying bark and maintaining flowerbeds.
• General gardening duties and upkeep of green areas.
• Collecting and disposing of rubbish/litter and managing bin areas.
• Distributing deliveries to relevant departments.
• Assisting with moving and siting of caravans and lodges.
• Supporting other departments with ad hoc duties as needed.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Litter picking and keeping park areas clean.
