Job summary

Tristone Nash is seeking an outdoor-focused Grounds Maintenance operative to care for communal grassed areas, hedges and planted spaces across estates. You will work safely with equipment, deliver a clean, welcoming environment and assist with minor tree work when required.

Role requires a can-do attitude, reliability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to maintain high standards. A full driving license is essential for site visits.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintaining communal grassed areas, including mowing and general upkeep.
• Maintaining hedges, shrubs, borders and planted areas.
• Keeping communal estates clean, tidy, safe and welcoming.
• Identifying and responding to hazards and environmental issues.
• Supporting soft landscaping activities.
• Assisting with minor tree work where required.
• Using grounds maintenance equipment safely and responsibly.
• Delivering a professional and customer-focused service across all areas.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards across the estates.
