Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to care for outdoor spaces in the Wembley area. Join our Soft Facilities Management Grounds Maintenance teams with travel across Central, North and Northwest London.

You will be responsible for mowing, hedge trimming, planting, weeding and general landscape upkeep. The role requires a full driving licence, attention to safety, and a customer-focused approach. 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Professional grounds maintenance/gardening experience is required.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to operate garden machinery and perform basic landscape tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawns, trim hedges, plant, weed and maintain housing site landscapes.
• Drive company vehicles and transport plants, machinery and equipment.
• Operate gardening tools and ride-on machinery.
• Carry out basic flower bed maintenance.
• Spread salt and grit to keep pathways safe.
• Maintain vehicles and gardening machinery.

Pinnacle Group are looking for a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will be joining our Soft Facilities Management Grounds Maintenance teams who are based in the Wembley area and travelling to sites across Central, North and Northwest London.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep of housing sites (new builds, extra care sites and sheltered accommodation).

You will have a keen eye for detail, be physically fit, and possess a strong work ethic. If you are passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful, safe outdoor environments, we would love to hear from you.

This is a full time, permanent position and the hours will be 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery and equipment
• General maintenance of grounds e.g. grass cutting, clearing of debris, leaves, litter, hedge and shrub trimming.
• Use of gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride on machinery.
• Basic flower bed maintenance.
• Salt and grit spreading to ensure pathways are safe.
