Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to keep outdoor spaces well-maintained and visually appealing. Based in Peterborough, you’ll travel to sites across Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire as part of our Grounds Maintenance teams within Soft Facilities Management.

The role is full‑time, 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, and requires a full UK driving licence. You will use gardening power tools, carry out grass cutting, debris clearance and hedge trimming, and maintain

Qualifications

Full UK driving licence is essential.
Experience using gardening power tools.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery and equipment.
General maintenance of grounds: grass cutting, debris clearance, leaves, litter, hedge and shrub trimming.

Pinnacle Group are looking for a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will be joining our Grounds Maintenance teams who are based in Peterborough and travelling to sites across Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire. Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations, including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

This is a full time position working 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. A full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
