The Grounds Maintenance team
We're responsible for the cyclical upkeep of the communal areas to our customers. This covers a large geographical area and our customers include market rent, shared ownership, and independent living communities on many estates or the whole estate. We also provide a reactionary service where we deal with hazards such as dumped items or clearing snow on our independent living blocks.
We're responsible for the management of the trees, aiming to retain as many as possible or replant if any are removed. We believe that trees play a big part in our communities by providing shade in the summer, promoting healthy wellbeing, and offsetting our carbon footprint.
