What you’ll do:

• Carry out horticultural duties such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, spraying, and general grounds maintenance.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and work sites, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with managers.
• Adhere to company procedures, health and safety policies, and record work accurately.
• Maintain professional appearance and attendance.
• Use PPE properly and follow risk assessments to ensure safety.
• Seek continuous improvement and participate in training.
• Propose ideas to improve work methods and reduce waste.

Requirements:

• Experience in operating machinery and vehicles.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Understanding of health and safety practices.
• Full UK driving license.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in grounds maintenance.
• Spraying qualifications (PA1 & PA6a).
