Job summary

Think Recruitment are seeking Grounds Maintenance Operatives / Gardeners to join a mobile team in Southampton. You will perform standard grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning and weed removal while working up to 45 hours per week.

Roles can be fixed-term contracts or permanent, with regular summer hours and opportunities for promotion. Training and licenses (PA1/PA6) may be provided as part of development.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or gardening preferred.
• Ability to work in mobile team environments.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Grass cutting and lawn maintenance.
• Hedge/shrub trimming, pruning and weed control.

Vacancy: Grounds Maintenance Operative

Location: Southampton

Rate: £12.25 - £12.45 PH

Contract: Fixed Term Contract

Think Recruitment are currently looking for Grounds Maintenance Operatives / Gardeners required to work with leading and ambitious grounds maintenance provider in Southampton

Hours: Hours can vary from day to day depending on the location of site, travel time paid. 45 hours Mon - Fri. Regular additional summer hours.

Contract: Contract (Fixed Term) or Permanent

Role: We are looking for a professional grounds maintenance operative / gardener to work within a mobile team of two operatives. Providing ground maintenance services, delivering high-quality maintenance including grass cutting, hedge/shrub trimming, pruning and weed removal/treatment.
