Bethany School is seeking a dependable Grounds Maintenance Operative to join the Estates team and help maintain the extensive grounds and facilities to the highest standard.
Working under the Head of Grounds, you will maintain sports pitches, lawns, landscaped areas and broader estate, while supporting maintenance projects across the campus. Role is full time, on-site, with Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm commitments.

The Role
This is a varied, hands-on role combining grounds maintenance, general repairs and site support within a vibrant educational environment. No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors as part of a collaborative team.
