Job summary

Glendale in Melksham is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to maintain green spaces from our Melksham depot, SN12 6RJ. The role offers a competitive £13.00 per hour and opportunities to grow within the team.

You will mow, plant, hedge trim and perform landscaping, while managing timekeeping and operating vehicles and machinery safely. Training and progression opportunities are provided to develop new skills.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required; trailer-towing experience considered a bonus.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn, adapt and lead when needed.
• Reliable, punctual, motivated and capable of delivering quality work.
• Enjoy working outdoors in all weather and environments.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for worksite productivity and timekeeping.
• Operate vehicles, machinery and equipment and perform routine checks.
