Glendale is recruiting Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our teams in Dorset. You will work outdoors on utility sites, housing, and green spaces, performing grass cutting, hedge trimming, weed control, and site tidy‑up as part of a maintenance team.

No prior grounds maintenance experience is required—training and PPE are provided. A full UK driving licence is required to access various sites and operate equipment safely.

Pay: 12.71 per hour

Glendale is recruiting Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our teams across Somerset and Dorset. Role

You will be part of a grounds maintenance team, carrying out essential outdoor works across utility sites, housing, and green spaces. Typical tasks include:
