Job summary

Total Facilities Recruitment Limited is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative in Manchester. The role covers grass cutting and general grounds maintenance within a friendly team, with immediate START and a 12-week temporary contract with potential permanent placement.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:15am–3:00pm (36.25 hours/week). Pay is up to £13.45 per hour, and a full UK driving licence is required. A tipper/trailer experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Reliable, hardworking and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Assisting with a variety of outdoor maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (up to 3.5 tonne) – Essential
• Experience driving a tipper and trailer – Preferred
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
