Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a TEMP Grounds/ General Operative to join a team in Cambridge. You will maintain clean, tidy outdoor spaces, cutting grass, trimming hedges and sweeping paths.

Hours are Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:15 PM. Pay is £13.90 per hour. You must have a full UK manual driving licence and prior grounds maintenance experience, with reliability and physical fitness for outdoor work.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence – essential
• Previous grounds maintenance or outdoor maintenance experience – essential
• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Able to travel to the site each day for a 7:00 AM start

Responsibilities

• Grass cutting, hedge trimming, flower bed edging, de-weeding
• Litter picking, bin emptying, road sweeping and general grounds maintenance
• House clearance and manual labour as required
