Grounds Maintenance Operative/Landscaper

Our new company: Hays is seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operative/Landscaper for an opportunity starting from November 2024 and continuing into the late summer of 2025. You'll be joining a social housing organisation to help clear and neaten the grounds in preparation for winter.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Grass cutting
• Hedge trimming
• Weeding
• Cleaning outdoor areas
• Arboretum work
• Horticulture
• Spraying
• Ride-on mower operation
• Waste removal

Start Date: June 2025

Contract Type: Temporary

Pay: Up to £14 per hour

Company Van: Provided during work hours

Experience & Qualifications:

• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience in Grounds Maintenance
• Ideally, experience with ride-on mowers and spraying licences (but not essential)
