Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to keep outdoor spaces well-maintained across sites in the Chichester area. You will perform lawn care, hedge trimming, planting, weeding and general landscape upkeep, with a full UK driving licence essential.
The role runs 8am–4pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to travel to multiple sites along the south coast. We value safety, reliability and a strong customer-service mindset.
Pinnacle Group are looking for a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will be joining our Grounds Maintenance teams who are based around the Chichester area and travelling to sites across the south coast.
Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations - including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.
Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep of housing sites (new builds, extra care sites and sheltered accommodation). A full UK Driving Licence will be essential.
You will have a keen eye for detail, be physically fit, and possess a strong work ethic. If you are passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful, safe outdoor environments, we would love to hear from you.
Hours for the job will be working 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
