Mitie Landscapes has an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at the UK's market leading FM company. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be delivering grounds maintenance and winter services for our clients' sites.
Main duties include grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, litter picking, and using hand tools and horticultural machinery. During winter, additional services such as gritting, snow clearing, and Christmas tree installation are required. You will also report hazards, operate vehicles and machinery safely, and undertake training as needed.
Requirements: Passion for outdoor work, flexible working environment, good smartphone skills. Previous grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential. A PAI & PA6 spraying license is a plus. A full driving license is preferred for vehicle use. You will report to the Contracts Manager.
