Grounds Maintenance Operative
Shift Times: 07:30-16:00 Monday - Friday 42.5 HPW
Pay Rate: £12.21ph
Location: HP19 8RS - Aylesbury

This is a temporary position with the possibility of going permanent

Manpower is seeking Grounds Maintenance Operatives to work for our client based in Aylesbury. In this role, you will deliver high-quality grounds maintenance services to various clients in the local area. Responsibilities include grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, and more. You will also ensure safety standards are maintained and perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment.

Training includes on-the-job instruction and standard induction for best practices.

To succeed, you will need:

• To be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Hold a full valid UK Driving License
• Willingness to learn and participate in training.
• A safety-conscious mindset.
• Ability to operate equipment and hand tools safely (e.g., strimmers, backpack blowers, push mowers).
• Experience working in a team and providing quality service.
• Experience in a similar grounds maintenance role is desirable.
