Pinnacle Group are looking for a proactive and hands‑on Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning Team Leader to join our Soft FM teams who cover numerous different housing sites including general needs estates, sheltered accommodation blocks and extra care facilities.
Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.
Working from the Chichester area, you’ll lead a team delivering high‑quality grounds maintenance, gardening and cleaning services across a diverse portfolio of sites throughout Sussex and Hampshire. In this role, you will be responsible for organising daily tasks, supervising site standards, ensuring works are completed safely and also completing ad-hoc grounds maintenance and cleaning duties yourself
