Grounds Maintenance Operative
Chester
£25,400 - £26,737 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 16:00pm
We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Grounds team within our Avenue Services department, based in Chester. Work will be on site across the Chester district on Sanctuary owned land and in Blacon on both Sanctuary and Council owned verges/open spaces. You will be responsible for the maintenance of communal grounds including grass cutting, trimming hedges and weeding flower beds. It will be your responsibility to ensure the grounds look presentable for any visitors. A company van and tools are provided to ensure a high-quality service is given. Therefore, if you are an enthusiastic, well organised team player with good interpersonal skills this could be the role for you.
