An exciting and challenging opportunity has been created to join our Cemetery Grounds Maintenance team, which maintains various cemeteries within Wirral.
We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative (GMO) to help provide an excellent service for local people. You will help implement the Wirral Parks Standard, working with staff, Friends Groups, service users, and external organizations.
The successful candidate will join the Cemeteries and Crematorium Team based at Landican Cemetery. The Grounds Maintenance Team provides a comprehensive grounds maintenance service to Landican and Heswall Cemeteries.
About the candidate:
We would like to hear from you if you have experience working with a Grounds Maintenance Team, including mowing, vegetation control, shrub management, cleaning operations, assisting at burials, and working within a crematorium to the relevant grade.
