Vacancy: Grounds Maintenance Operative

Rate: £12.50 per hour plus Bonus

Think Recruitment is currently looking for Grounds Maintenance Operatives / Gardeners to work with a leading and ambitious grounds maintenance provider in the West Midlands.

Hours: Hours can vary from day to day depending on the site location, with travel time paid. 45 hours Monday to Friday, with regular additional summer hours.

Contract: Fixed Term or Permanent

Role: We are seeking a professional grounds maintenance operative / gardener to work within a mobile team of two operatives. Responsibilities include providing ground maintenance services such as grass cutting, hedge/shrub trimming, pruning, and weed removal/treatment.
