Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to maintain outdoor spaces across Cambridge and surrounding areas. Based with our Soft Facilities Management Grounds Maintenance teams, you will travel to sites across Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Essex to keep lawns, hedges and flower beds in top condition.

The role is full-time and permanent, working 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. A full driving licence and a commitment to safety and customer service are essential, as you

Responsibilities

• Driving company vehicles and transporting plant, machinery and equipment.

• Operation of gardening equipment and ride-on machinery.
• Basic flower bed maintenance.
• Salt and grit spreading to keep paths safe.
• Maintenance of vehicles and gardening machinery.

Pinnacle Group are looking for a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will be joining our Soft Facilities Management Grounds Maintenance teams who are based in the Cambridge area and travelling to sites across Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Essex.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep of housing sites (new builds, extra care sites and sheltered accommodation).

You will have a keen eye for detail, be physically fit, and possess a strong work ethic. If you are passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful, safe outdoor environments, we would love to hear from you.

This is a full time, permanent position and the hours will be 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
