Love working in the great outdoors? We’re seeking a dedicated and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our customer focused team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of communal outdoor areas, ensuring they are safe, clean, and visually appealing for our customers. Contractually based out of our Basingstoke office, you'll cover our properties in Aldershot and the surrounding area. This is a full-time permanent role, working 39 hours per week!

Here’s the facts about the role:
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you'll carry out a high standard of groundswork to make our communal grounds areas attractive for customers. You’ll have good communication skills and the ability to interact with residents and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You’ll have good knowledge and experience in this field with skills to operate a variety of equipment, machines and materials that you’ll use on a daily basis.

Offers are subject to a full, clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) to be able to drive one of our vans when needed. This role requires a DBS check.
