Job summary

Your Housing Group is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative in Staffordshire to maintain sites across the region. You will join a small, supportive team delivering grounds maintenance, landscaping and environmental services to customers, upholding high standards of safety and quality.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 40 hours, with a typical 8am–4.30pm schedule. Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and have experience with grass cutting, pruning and weed control, plus a commitment to

Qualifications

• Carryout grass cutting, shrub pruning, weed control and various landscaping ad hoc works.
• Be a strong team player with solid communication skills.
• Be trained and competent to use and maintain a range of associated powered landscaping tool and equipment.
• Hold a full valid UK driving licence.
