Job summary

Kemp Recruitment is representing a family-run engineering business seeking a Grounds Equipment Engineer to service and repair premium groundcare, horticultural and agricultural machinery across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.

You'll diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults, perform PDI on new equipment and ensure work is completed safely and to high standards. A full UK driving licence and strong customer service skills are essential.

• Strong mechanical engineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and repairing a wide variety of groundcare and garden machinery.
• Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Carrying out PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) work on new equipment.
• Completing repairs to a high standard within agreed timescales.
• Providing excellent customer service both in the workshop and on-site.
• Maintaining accurate service records and paperwork.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with manufacturer standards.

Grounds Equipment Engineer

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, family-run engineering business with an excellent reputation for supplying, servicing and repairing premium groundcare, horticultural and agricultural machinery across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas.

Due to continued growth, they're looking to add an experienced Groundcare Engineer to their workshop and field service team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs and working with a wide range of industry-leading equipment.

The Role As a Groundcare Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Servicing and repairing a wide variety of groundcare and garden machinery.
• Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
• Carrying out PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) work on new equipment.
