Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a candidate to lead and support complex defence system ground trials. The role involves planning, preparing, and delivering trials across development and validation phases, with hybrid onsite/remote work in Hertfordshire.

You will develop test activities to prove performance, safety and suitability for operational use, analyse data, and report findings to inform engineering decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate technical information and make evidence-based recommendations.
• Confident communicator capable of presenting technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate test programmes, equipment, facilities and stakeholder inputs to ensure efficient delivery.
• Investigate issues and perform root cause analysis during testing.
• Gain experience across environmental testing, EMC, mechanical and system validation tests.
