Job summary

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Ground Remediation Engineer for Lisburn to join an established environmental services business delivering practical solutions. You will support investigations, develop remediation strategies, monitor works, and prepare technical reports across multiple sites.

The role requires relevant environmental/geoenvironmental or contaminated land experience, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel or relocate to Northern Ireland. Permanent position.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental, geoenvironmental, or contaminated land projects.
• Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supporting contaminated land and groundwater investigations
• Developing and implementing remediation strategies
• Monitoring remediation works and site activities
• Preparing technical reports and project documentation
• Liaising with clients, contractors, regulators and stakeholders
• Supporting project delivery across multiple sites
• Travelling to client and project sites as required
