Penguin Recruitment in Manchester is seeking an Environmental Engineer to join a leading ground investigation, remediation and contaminated land team. You will travel frequently across the UK to work on varied projects and deliver high-quality site investigations and reports.

Qualifications

• Remediation or geo-environmental industry experience required.
• Degree in environmental or engineering discipline or in progress.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home frequently; full UK driving licence required.
• Ability to develop high-quality technical reports and site investigations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and management of remediation schemes.
• Develop technical reports and manage environmental permits and validation reports.
• Carry out Phase 1 and Phase 2 site investigations and environmental monitoring.
• Liaise with testing laboratories and team members to progress projects.
