Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Ground Remediation Engineer to join a leading team, based near Bristol. The role involves travel to various projects across the UK, delivering high-quality site investigations and technical reports.

You will develop skills in remediation, environmental permits, and reporting while benefiting from training, career progression, and a competitive benefits package. A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the remediation or geo-environmental industry.
• Willing to travel and work away from home frequently.
• Understanding of health and safety practices.
• Hold a full UK driving licence (essential).
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and management of remediation schemes.
• Develop technical reports.
• Deliver Environmental Permits and Validation reports.
• Carry out Phase 1 and Phase 2 site investigations.
• Undertake environmental monitoring and sampling.
• Liaison with testing laboratories regarding progression.
