Job summary

Bennett And Game Recruitment is searching for a Technical Sales Engineer for ground engineering and infrastructure projects across the UK. You will leverage technical expertise to convert inbound inquiries and build lasting relationships with clients in the infrastructure sector.

This is a full-time role with a base salary up to £50,000, plus commission and a company car. You will travel to sites, develop new opportunities, and contribute to market growth with a consultative sales approach.

Qualifications

• Degree within Civil Engineering or similar discipline.
• Strong commercial understanding of infrastructure markets.
• Experience in face-to-face B2B/B2C sales is advantageous.
• Ability to generate and convert new leads with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound leads and generate new opportunities in infrastructure.
• Pre-qualify inbound leads, arrange site visits and prepare quotes.
• Follow up to close sales and build long-term client relationships.
• Develop targeted processes to win contracts with authorities and large frameworks.
