Job summary

ECW Search is partnering with a high-growth UK consumer business to hire a Senior National Account Manager – Grocery. This is a build role with significant influence over how the Grocery channel develops as the company grows internationally and expands listings.

You will own major UK Grocery relationships, drive listings and range expansion, and lead commercial negotiations across pricing, promotions and terms, working closely with Marketing, Category, NPD and Operations to launch new products.

Qualifications

• Proven track record growing UK Grocery listings and distribution.
• Experience negotiating with major retailers and JBPs.
• Entrepreneurial, growth-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own major UK Grocery relationships and drive distribution.
• Drive new listings, distribution gains and range expansion.
• Lead pricing, promotions, and terms negotiations.
• Use shopper and category insights to build customer stories.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Category, NPD and Operations to launch products.
• Improve visibility, activation, trial and repeat.
• Influence leadership strategy with customer voice.
• Shape Grocery channel's future over 2–3 years.
