ECW Search Ltd. is seeking a Grocery National Account Manager (BCorp) in London. The role is hybrid, with 2 days in London, offering £60,000-£70,000 plus bonus, equity and outstanding benefits. You will own major grocery relationships and shape the next phase of growth.

You will collaborate across Category, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure brilliant execution and deliver ambitious JBPs in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing national grocery customers.
• Comfort with commercial negotiations and JBPs.
• Commercially curious and proactive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships with major UK grocery customers.
• Develop and deliver ambitious Joint Business Plans.
• Drive profitable growth through distribution, pricing, promos and category development.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate sales and outperform competitors.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Ops to execute flawlessly.
• Deliver best-in-class commercial fundamentals while pursuing new opportunities.
• Be a trusted advisor and influential voice within the business.
